I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but for a while now, my Announcements and Board News forum thing, has been collapsed(because of the little plus or addition sign) for a long time, and no matter how many times I expand it, it'll go back to collapsed when the page refreshes or I move to a new page. Same goes for the other ones, except those are always expanded and will stay open, even if I close them.

Have you tried clearing your cache?

It worked. I tested it little button out again just to make sure, but then it went back to permanent collapsed. It's fine after I clear it again, so long as I don't use that little feature.
