Claimed By Shadow - A Cassie Palmer Novel - Karen Palmer - 7/10

Very heavy fantasy theme. Palmer really upped it from pt 1. At times it was a little too much for my taste. Other than that, I loved it. Quick read, very entertaining and a very nicely done first-person pov. (Already have the next two which I'll be digging into once I finish Last Watch )

The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins (9/10)

Very engaging, keeps up the action throughout, vivid imagery and lovely plot twists. It comes highly recommended.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K Rowling [5/5]

Rereading the series, and finished this one last night. Harry Potter will always have full points because it has a special place in my heart. Read it in Swedish.

The Other Bolyn Girl - Philippa Gregory 5/5

I liked this more than the movie. Usually when I see a movie before I read the book I end up liking the movie more, not this time.

The Last Watch - Sergei Lukyanenko - 7.5/10

Not as good as Twilight Watch but a book to indulge in nonetheless. Bit sad that there aren't more parts. I'll miss Anton!

Have A Little Faith: A True Story - Mitch Albom - 10/10

If you've read Tuesday's With Morrie you'd know that Mitch Albom can strike at the heart with simple sentences. He does it again in this, a story about an dying Rabbi and a Pastor with a history that just has to be read to be believed. Aaaand the end made me cry xD

Dragonflight - Anne MCCaffrey - 10/10

It's awesome, sucks you right in and makes it really hard to put it down. Love these stories and characters so much, and the first few pages already reminded me why.

Just like her first two books, this one kept me laughing the whole way through. I recommend it for anyone who has a wicked sense of humor=)

The Heroin Diaries - Nikki Sixx (with Ian Gittins) 10/10

A year in the life of Nikki Sixx, bassist and lyricist for the hard rock band Mötley Crüe - Christmas 1986 to Christmas 1987. Not so much a book, but a compilation of journals that cover the recording period and the tour of Girls, Girls, Girls as well as Nikki's struggle with heroin addiction - as well as his addictions to other drugs and alcohol. With bits from band members and other prolific people in his life and the 80's music scene, Sixx's memoir isn't for the faint hearted.
