Recent fan of Doctor Who here, hello! 
Fact 1: I miss David
Fact 2: 11th doctor needs to go through his regeration already. It's time for a change.
Fact 3: Seconded on Retrospect's post. Denial is really the place to be on The Angels take Manhattan
Okay, so I'm too young and we never actually had the original series here so when my first contact with any of it was with Torchwood thoough that left plenty of things unanswered (such as how on earth is Jack the way he is) and then I got a chance to see a single episode (which oddly enough was Bad Wolf so I even got my answer soon, lol. But now that I've actually been through it all, I do wonder sometimes how I managed to miss it for so long?
Though, other than David's Doctor, my favorite from day one is River. Companions like Rose, Donna and Amy have been great (Martha and Mickey were just grrr from start to finish). What I dislike though is that when River was brought in, it was her and David. They were the pair, it was their chemestry that made it awesome and then her major storyline was done with the 11th doctor. Still, I do look forward to what comes next, can't help it, I'm hooked
